01Who we are

Qr3D Pro (the “service”) is operated by MD Growth, based in Chile. You can reach us at hello@qr3dpro.com for anything related to your data.

02The short version

  • Static QR codes (links, WiFi, logos and passwords) are generated in your browser. We never receive them.
  • Dynamic QR codes store a title, a destination link and a design on our servers so the QR keeps working.
  • We use no advertising, no analytics and no third-party trackers.
  • We do not sell your data and we do not require an account.

03What we collect

1. Dynamic QR codes you create

When you create or edit a dynamic QR we store: its public identifier, the title you chose, the destination link, the design (colors, dot shape, object type, caption, emoji and size) and creation and update dates. We also store a one-way hash of your private edit key; the key itself is kept only in your browser and in the private link you save.

2. When someone scans a dynamic QR

Our server receives the request, looks up the destination and redirects the visitor. We do not currently store who scans, where from or how often. Our infrastructure providers may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability.

3. Abuse prevention

To limit how many dynamic QR codes can be created, we keep a counter tied to a hash of your IP address and the current hour. It is not readable as an IP address and expires after two hours.

4. Browser storage

Your browser keeps the list of your dynamic QR codes (including their private keys) and, if you choose one, your light or dark theme. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email or payment details. WiFi passwords, links of static QR codes and uploaded logos are processed locally and are not uploaded. If we introduce paid features, payments will be handled by a payment provider acting as merchant of record, and we will update this policy before doing so.

04Why we use it (legal bases)

  • To provide the service you ask for (contract): storing and redirecting your dynamic QR codes.
  • Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest): rate limiting, blocking harmful destinations and keeping the service available.
  • Legal obligations, if applicable.

We do not use your data for profiling, advertising or automated decisions that affect you.

05Who we share it with

We use infrastructure providers to host the website and database and to deliver content securely (for example, Cloudflare). They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell or rent personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service against abuse.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses.

06How long we keep it

  • Dynamic QR codes: until you delete them with the Delete QR button (or the service ends). Deleted QR codes are removed from our database and their public link stops working; copies in provider backups, if any, expire on the provider's normal cycle.
  • Abuse-prevention counters: about two hours.
  • Technical logs: according to our infrastructure providers' retention policies.
  • Browser storage: until you clear it.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, California's CCPA/CPRA or Chilean data protection law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to complain to your local supervisory authority.

The quickest ways to exercise control: delete any dynamic QR yourself from your dashboard, or write to hello@qr3dpro.com. Because we do not hold accounts, we may ask you for the private edit link of the QR in question to verify that it is yours. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.

08Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Private edit keys are random and stored only as hashes on our side. Destinations that point to internal or non-public addresses are rejected. No system is perfectly secure; keep your private edit link safe, because anyone who has it can change that QR's destination.

09Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect (for example by adding analytics, advertising or payments), we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
